- Enforce crew dress code (BBMK/BlueTeam uniform), accurately record daily crew members and activities, and ensure a high-quality finish
- Prepare and submit daily crew activity sheets, project field reports, weekly status reports, incident reports, personal expense reports, and weekly trackers
- Ensure job site safety, conduct weekly "Toolbox Talk" safety meetings, and record attendance
- Ensure subcontractors attend toolbox talks and sign-in sheets are returned
