Responsibilities

Mobilize to the site, review scope and schedule with the client, confirm working hours, dumpster and storage placement, crew entrance/exit, and parking
Coordinate the work of all subcontractors in the field
Direct and oversee daily subcontractor activities to achieve successful project completion
Enforce crew dress code (BBMK/BlueTeam uniform t-shirts), accurately record daily crew members and activities, and ensure high-quality finishes
Prepare and submit daily crew activity sheets, project field reports, weekly status reports, incident reports, personal expense reports, and weekly trackers
Conduct and record weekly “Toolbox Talk” safety meetings, ensure subcontractor attendance, and record sign-in sheets
Conduct regular quality checks, provide corrective direction to subcontractors, and eliminate rework/callbacks
