Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship for employment visas)
  • Preferred Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial enablement, process improvement, business development, consulting delivery, or sales operations within a professional services environment
  • Strong understanding of service line structures, go-to-market strategies, and client engagement models
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, matrixed organization

Responsibilities

  • Commercial Integration and Process Optimization
  • Define future-state and common commercial processes for PRS, including process maps, tools, methodologies, and governance models
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand current-state commercial and proposal processes, identify gaps, and uncover commonalities
  • Translate strategic goals into operational workflows that enable commercial success
  • Hand off stabilized processes to permanent owners with clear documentation and training
  • Assist in commercial integration efforts for new products, acquisitions, or business units, coordinating across IT, HR, Finance, and Operations
  • Monitor post-integration performance and proactively address gaps to optimize value realization
  • Offering Alignment and Optimization
  • Lead the annual rationalization and prioritization of PRS (professional services) service offerings, including adding and retiring offerings as needed
  • Serve as a key strategic partner to delivery leaders by leading regular check-ins to align priorities, address challenges, and identify enablement needs
  • Organize and facilitate annual working sessions between sales and delivery teams to gather feedback, identify trends, and address requests for support
  • Translate sales and delivery insights into actionable enablement initiatives and continuous improvement plans
  • Leverage external research and data to provide insights for PRS leaders on current professional services market offerings and trends
  • Sales Enablement
  • Develop and maintain self-service sales and training resources for all service lines to promote scalability and consistency across the organization
  • Design and deliver self-paced training programs for all core service offerings, ensuring content is regularly updated to reflect evolving client needs and market trends
  • Curate and manage resources within Seismic and other internal platforms to support business development and client engagement
  • Collaborate and coordinate with LCS Training and Sales Enablement teams as needed
