Requirements

5+ years in Commercial Roofing Service as a foreman
Ability to learn and follow extensive safety policy
Experience with TPO, EPDM, PVC, and metal roofs
Knowledge of all roof systems: Modified Bitumen, E.P.D.M., Heat Welded TPO/PVC Membranes, Tile, Coatings, Metal Roof systems, Sheet Metal and related roof accessories
Driver’s License with a good 7-year driving record (no exceptions)
Legally authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship provided)

Responsibilities

Locate leaks and perform quality roof repairs in a safe and timely manner
Complete defined scope projects and preventative maintenance activities
Requisition materials and supplies from stockroom
Respond to emergency roof leaks or roof-related issues
Load, unload, operate, and transport Flynn equipment
Perform inspections to determine the root cause of issues (e.g., leak, tear, clog)
Repair or replace single and/or four-ply roofing systems using waterproof sheet materials such as modified plastics, elastomeric
