Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of capital markets experience with a brokerage, investment bank, or principal, demonstrating a proven ability to originate, underwrite, and structure relevant commercial real estate debt and equity transactions. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, along with the ability to successfully transfer key relationships and collaborate effectively. Responsibilities

The Commercial Real Estate Originator will be responsible for originating, structuring, and closing commercial real estate financing transactions, partnering with IPA and Marcus & Millichap investment sales agents to secure financing opportunities, screening and qualifying transactions, preparing underwriting presentations, negotiating with capital sources, expanding relationships with key market leaders, and traveling as needed.
