Candidates should possess 1 to 2 years of commercial real estate experience in advisory, banking, or valuation, and hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or commercial real estate. Essential skills include strong financial modeling proficiency in Excel, preferred Argus experience, high attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication.
The Analyst will support capital markets assignments, including debt placements and equity raises, by developing pro-forma financials and cash flow models. Responsibilities include conducting market research and competitive analysis, reviewing property data, researching local real estate markets, assisting with responses to investor inquiries, coordinating transaction documentation, and ensuring closing documentation is posted to internal systems.
