Candidates must be permanent residents of Canada and be licensed as a Commercial Real Estate Broker from the OACIQ or in the advanced stage of obtaining their license, possessing a Bachelor's degree or Certificate’s degree or significant experience in brokerage is also required.
The Commercial Real Estate Broker will research ownership records, market data, and industry trends, prospect new client relationships and referral sources, attend networking and industry events, present marketing proposals to clients, negotiate exclusive listing agreements, and market exclusive listings to qualified buyers.
