As a Commercial Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for researching ownership records and market data, prospecting for new client relationships, attending networking events, presenting marketing proposals to clients, negotiating exclusive listing agreements, advising clients on investment strategies, and marketing exclusive listings to qualified buyers. You will also be expected to conduct research, and contribute to the firm's proprietary listing system, MNet.
