Requirements

  • Natural hunter who is commercially astute with previous property sales & leasing experience or B2B sales experience
  • Entrepreneurial and commercially astute, ideally with B2B experience
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to converse with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Willingness to learn and ambitions to grow
  • Current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate, or willingness to study to become a certified agent

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace
  • Source, list, sell, and lease commercial properties across Greater Bendigo and surrounding areas
  • Maintain an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers
  • Negotiate property transactions from start to finish
  • Conduct inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property
  • Deliver market knowledge and advice to clients
  • Coordinate with the Marketing department on marketing & selling of properties, including organising signboards, brochures, advertising, Information Memorandums, and videos
