Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of successful property management experience in a commercial office environment
  • Ability to read, interpret, and fully understand commercial leases, including abstracting leases and critical lease provisions
  • Ability to effectively present information to tenants, business owners, and Cirrus’ leadership team
  • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience with Yardi or similar software
  • Prior experience with maintenance or service ticketing system software such as Angus preferred
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects while prioritizing more urgent ones
  • Quality writing skills, both technical writing and professional business communications
  • Proven analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Passionate attitude, outgoing and focused work ethic
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment with pace and urgency
  • Physical ability to climb up and down a ladder, move around sites, and exposure to dust, dirt, or construction hazards during site visits

Responsibilities

  • Track and report work orders, leasing inquiries, and TI projects using solid organizational skills
  • Schedule, follow up, and coordinate with vendors and tenants
  • Support lease contract-related document preparations (Leases, Amendments, Addendums, LOI’s) with working knowledge of core lease clauses and provisions
  • Work closely with the Division Head, Asset Manager, and Property Manager regarding Landlord Work and Tenant Improvement related estimates
  • Visit assets to perform monthly property inspections and meet vendors/tenants
  • Effectively follow up with tenant(s) regarding outstanding A/R
  • Ensure timely and accurate payments and proficiently process A/P
