Key skills include expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts, ability to source parts from special order, FDO, second source, etc., advanced selling skills for commercial customers, working knowledge of automotive diagnostics across systems like engine, brakes, and electronics, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
The position provides day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members, collaborates with the GM on coaching and development, and partners with the GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
ASE P2 certified or ASE ready equivalent is required, along with successfully completing the Parts Knowledge Assessment.
Strong candidates demonstrate advanced automotive parts and systems knowledge, sourcing abilities, supervisory skills, effective communication, and proficiency in inventory and POS systems, with ASE P2 certification or equivalent.
