Key skills include working knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic ability, parts and automotive system knowledge, advanced selling skills for commercial customers, effective communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
ASE P2 certified or ASE ready equivalent is required.
The role provides day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members, collaborates with the GM on coaching and developmental needs, and partners with the GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
A strong candidate has expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts, advanced selling skills, the ability to source parts from multiple places, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and experience building customer relationships.
