The Commercial Lines Account Manager will market new business and renewal accounts, analyze client exposures, and prepare applications for submission to carriers. They will negotiate coverage placements, prepare proposals, and finalize the issuance of coverage. Responsibilities include handling client service requests, processing endorsements and policies, issuing binders and certificates, and assisting with accounts receivable. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with insurance carrier underwriters, documenting client interactions in EPIC, and identifying opportunities to expand client relationships and offer additional coverages.
