The Commercial Lead is responsible for defining and executing the long-range strategic plan for the North African region, achieving sales targets, and managing the Profit & Loss. This includes developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring the continuous training and development of the sales force. The role also involves managing daily sales operations, identifying and exploiting new business opportunities, ensuring successful new product launches, and maintaining optimal relationships with distributors. Additionally, the Commercial Lead will lead business excellence initiatives and manage people, including performance appraisals and succession planning.
