Responsibilities

  • Monitors mailboxes and ensures requests for proposals (RFPs) and contract modifications (MOD) are complete
  • Monitors tracking system for allocation completion and sends official notification to bidding teams
  • Performs RFP/MOD allocations to ensure appropriate representation based on therapeutic area of expertise
  • Enters data into application systems for accurate reporting and posts RFP documents to ensure that accurate bid information is available to stakeholders
  • Provides logistical support to the department
