Previous experience of working as a Commercial Finance Analyst partnering teams including Supply Chain (beneficial although not essential)

Responsibilities

Oversee weekly and monthly financial processes, ensuring timely, accurate reporting and clear variance analysis
Lead regular KPI performance reviews with stakeholders, using insights to identify improvements and key focus areas
Own the monthly re-forecasting process, collaborating with business partners to identify opportunities and manage risks
Support annual budget planning, encouraging teams to set targets aligned to broader business goals
Build strong business partner relationships across Supply Chain, providing financial input and leading improvement initiatives
Deliver automation projects that enhance the speed and accuracy of financial processes
Conduct commercial analysis and develop business cases that inform decisions and drive action
Contribute to team culture and support wider Finance, Legal & Risk priorities such as Inclusion, L&D and Automation
