Responsibilities

  • Oversee weekly and monthly financial processes, ensuring timely, accurate reporting and clear variance analysis
  • Lead regular KPI performance reviews with stakeholders, using insights to identify improvements and key focus areas
  • Own the monthly re-forecasting process, collaborating with business partners to identify opportunities and manage risks
  • Support annual budget planning, encouraging teams to set targets aligned to broader business goals
  • Build strong business partner relationships across Supply Chain, providing financial input and leading improvement initiatives
  • Deliver automation projects that enhance the speed and accuracy of financial processes
  • Conduct commercial analysis and develop business cases that inform decisions and drive action
  • Contribute to team culture and support wider Finance, Legal & Risk priorities such as Inclusion, L&D and Automation
