Responsibilities

  • Drive commercial initiatives from inception to completion
  • Collaborate with IT teams in scrum/agile environments
  • Liaise between Sales, IT, and Corporate Account teams
  • Align initiatives with existing agile cadences, governance frameworks, and sales operations procedures
  • Develop and coordinate seamless coordination of new solutions into existing enterprise processes
  • Lead sales-facing initiatives from conception through delivery
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, IT, and Corporate Account teams within established agile/scrum cadences and governance processes
  • Deliver training on analytical tools, AI capabilities, and commercial technologies
  • Develop enablement content and processes to accelerate adoption and execution of commercial strategies
  • Measure training efficiency with dashboards and metrics
  • Align enablement initiatives with sales leadership priorities
  • Establish targets and metrics to track adoption, impact, and progress toward business objectives
  • Collect use cases and requirements to identify process improvements and tool enhancements
  • Synthesize data into insights that advise commercial decisions and account planning
  • Collaborate across Sales, IT, data science, marketing, and operations to deliver customer value and operational excellence
