Requirements

  • Advanced English and Portuguese
  • Experience in communicating with clients via email, phone, and online meetings
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
  • Great communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge in collections and billing management
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges

Responsibilities

  • Strictly follow internal dunning and collection procedures to ensure payment on or before the due date as per customer agreements
  • Continuous communication with clients through calls and emails to understand concerns regarding bill disputes, bill break-up summary, and other specific requirements for processing payments
  • Actively maintain a customer base of minimum 300 C/B Segment customers
  • In-depth knowledge of collection procedures and implementation within customer portfolio
  • Actively manage doubtful debt and write-offs, and LPC calculations
  • Management of Customer Collections Master Data in Salesforce
  • Accurate tagging of customers and invoicing in Tesorio (Collections Tool)
