Requirements

Candidates should possess optimism and hard work with a love for health, fitness, and the solidcore workout, as well as a passionate desire to help others become the strongest version of themselves and achieve their goals. They should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, demonstrating a reliable and professional attitude, and comfort with coaching a class with loud music and energy. Prior group fitness experience is a plus, but not required, and a minimum of fifteen hours of weekday availability per week (Mon-Fri) is needed, alongside the ability to coach a minimum of six classes, approximately nine hours per week, and one full weekend day per week. Furthermore, the ability to coach a minimum of three holidays per year – Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day; Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day; Black Friday, Christmas Eve, New Years Eve – is also required.

Responsibilities

[solidcore] coaches are responsible for leading clients through signature classes, educating them on resistance-based machines, and providing support and motivation to push through challenging workouts. They will participate in team meetings and events, learn new techniques, interact with clients and the fitness community, embody the solidcore brand and culture, and create a welcoming fitness space. Coaches will also be responsible for creating a fitness space that is inclusive of all backgrounds and abilities, and demonstrating a genuine desire to inspire and motivate others.
