Requirements

  • 2-4 years of proficiency in Solidworks 3D CAD software
  • 2-4 years of experience with CAM software and CNC machine operation is desirable
  • Skilled in taking accurate measurements using precision tools like calipers
  • A proactive problem-solver with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Organized with strong time-management skills to effectively manage multiple custom orders
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Physical ability to bend and twist neck/waist, squat, type, use mouse, sit/look at computer for long periods, exposed to machinery noise, power grip hand tools, hear alarms/signals/instructions, lift/carry/move up to 50 pounds, sit/stand for extended periods, occasional exposure to fluctuating temperature/humidity, walk for long periods

Responsibilities

  • Design and modify custom holding solutions using 3D CAD software, ensuring precise fit and archival safety for unique coins
  • Develop and build manufacturing fixtures and tools to optimize production processes
  • Operate CNC machine to produce holders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of custom orders
