The CMMS/EAM Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's assets and spare part inventory using UpKeep CMMS software. This includes training new users, ensuring data accuracy, and implementing standard workflows for work requests, preventive maintenance programs, project requests, and inspections. The role involves maintaining site and asset data accuracy, designing and managing preventive maintenance plans, handling and prioritizing work orders, and ensuring compliance-driven work orders are created, tracked, and completed on time. Responsibilities also include monitoring and reporting on work order compliance metrics, developing maintenance checklists, scheduling and assigning work, and managing spare parts data accuracy. The administrator will generate requisitions, POs, and PO receipts, collaborate on critical spare parts lists, audit spare parts management processes, roll out new functionality and procedures, and provide software training and support to end users.
