Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in all Clubhouse visitors acting as the go-to for any requests and questions
  • Own SalesForce emails concerning Clubhouse Operations
  • Maintain reservation profiles, RSVP lists, and Clubhouse signage
  • Coordinate all Meeting Room booking requirements, including setup needs and catering arrangements
  • Manage Clubhouse vendor communication
  • Purchasing office supplies
  • Build and update local ops notion pages
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse, including outside areas
  • Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports
  • Complete the Clubhouse opening and closing checklist
  • Other ad hoc projects as needed
