Responsibilities

参与一个预轮岗以及两个为期各一年的、在销售、产品销售等跨越不同职能、不同地区的轮岗
参加涵盖领导力、销售、市场、产品等方面的培训课程
通过轮岗和培训全面了解产品、行业和客户
不断提升销售、产品销售方面的技能
全方位锻炼领导力，为走上一线销售岗位以及长远职业发展奠定基础
