Requirements

  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing Cloudera Data Platform (CDP) solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Big Data ecosystems (Hadoop, Hive, HDFS, Impala, Spark, Kafka, NiFi, etc.)
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical architectures
  • Experience in sizing and capacity planning for Cloudera or similar platforms
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and customer teams
  • Fluent problem-solving and communication skills in English
  • Nice to have: Cloudera certification(s) such as CCAH, CCP Data Engineer, or CDP Certified Professional
  • Nice to have: Experience with cloud integration (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid architectures

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-end Cloudera architectures, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
  • Collaborate with clients and presales teams to define technical solutions aligned with business needs
  • Lead architecture design and migration projects, supporting transitions from legacy to Cloudera-based platforms
  • Provide expert advisory on optimization, data governance, and security best practices, contributing to solution blueprints and documentation
