Requirements

Customer orientation with a sense of innovation and technology
Experience on Cloud or AI technology
Experience in AWS technology is mandatory
Experience in technical presentations, demos, PoC implementations
Experience in running training courses and webinars
Experience in relation with technical stakeholders and in channel business
Real and innate passion to learn new technologies, strong attitude for new challenges
Technical IT high school or technical degree in Computer Science
Strong communication skills
Ability to identify and resolve partners' issues with excelling at prioritization of workload
Business fluency in Italian and English
Willingness to travel

Responsibilities

Acquire necessary certifications and develop skills in Cloud and AI technology-based solutions in the Vendor Portfolio
Support internal departments after initial enablement
Deliver technical presentations, demos, PoC implementations
Conduct trainings and webinars
Provide technical advice and support for customers
Participate in technology fairs and events
Support business teams in development and construction of offers to clients
Answer technical questions on assigned solutions
Obtain technical certifications and expand practical skills for different Vendors
Perform customer visits (virtual and onsite) with sales colleagues by Vendor competence
Work on a defined list of customers to enable or develop according to Business Unit needs
Continuously train in the latest technologies
Manage customer support cases using the ticketing system
