Requirements

7+ years of experience in IT Service Management or IT Outsourcing
3+ years of experience leading IT operational service transition projects
2+ years of experience in operational process improvement and transformation
Strong understanding of ITIL-based service management
Proven experience in project/program management
Leadership and management experience within a team
Experience managing complex stakeholders
Ability to read and understand English documentation and communicate via basic written English
Basic understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.)
Basic English communication skills (reading and writing emails)

Responsibilities

Analyze customer IT operational environments and develop/execute migration plans
Identify and implement mitigation strategies for migration risks
Develop and execute knowledge transfer plans
Facilitate smooth communication between customers and service delivery teams
Develop roadmaps for customer operational environment improvements
Drive the standardization and optimization of operational processes
Lead the definition and implementation of operational automation strategies
Define and monitor KPIs for service quality improvement
Provide leadership and mentor team members
Manage collaboration with global delivery teams
Build and maintain relationships with customer leadership and IT departments
Identify and manage risks associated with service transition and transformation
Ensure service continuity during the transition period
Ensure compliance with regulations during the transformation process
