Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in IT Service Management or IT Outsourcing
  • 3+ years of experience leading IT operational service transition projects
  • 2+ years of experience in operational process improvement and transformation
  • Strong understanding of ITIL-based service management
  • Proven experience in project/program management
  • Leadership and management experience within a team
  • Experience managing complex stakeholders
  • Ability to read and understand English documentation and communicate via basic written English
  • Basic understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.)
  • Basic English communication skills (reading and writing emails)

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer IT operational environments and develop/execute migration plans
  • Identify and implement mitigation strategies for migration risks
  • Develop and execute knowledge transfer plans
  • Facilitate smooth communication between customers and service delivery teams
  • Develop roadmaps for customer operational environment improvements
  • Drive the standardization and optimization of operational processes
  • Lead the definition and implementation of operational automation strategies
  • Define and monitor KPIs for service quality improvement
  • Provide leadership and mentor team members
  • Manage collaboration with global delivery teams
  • Build and maintain relationships with customer leadership and IT departments
  • Identify and manage risks associated with service transition and transformation
