Job Description: Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

Santander CIB is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist with expertise in Azure and/or AWS to join our team in Madrid or Málaga. What You’ll Do

• Pipelines of Deployment: Promote software automatically to different environments. Orchestrate deployments with all quality control systems, including cybersecurity.
• Cloud Environment Management: Responsible for making environments and infrastructures available, maintaining, and scaling them as needed to enable the team to develop solutions.
• Functional Testing: Automate functional and regression tests to ensure application behavior is correct automatically.
• Continuous Integration: Enable the necessary capabilities for the team to integrate code daily (at least) with automated unit tests and software quality.
• Process and Workflow Automation: Automate processes and workflows.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-7 years of experience in cloud environments, primarily in Azure and/or AWS.
• Education: Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.

Skills & Knowledge

• Microservices: Docker, Kubernetes (K8S), Helm, Openshift, AKS, EKS.
• Deployment Automation: Terraform, Ansible.
• Big Data Platforms: Azure Databricks, AWS EMR, Cloudera CDP.
• Networking & Security: Azure VNET, AWS VPC, VPCE, Private Link, SPNs, KMS, SecretManager, AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions.
• ALM Tools: Git, Confluence, Jira, Nexus, Sonar and Harbor.
• Programming/Scripting: Python, Bash, etc.
• Databases: PostgreSQL.
• Orchestration: Airflow, Control-M.
• Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace.
• API Automation: Knowledge of automation with APIs.
