They need the capability to build therapeutic relationships on a virtual platform, possess a polished professional virtual presence, and have a strong ability to identify appropriate levels of care. Experience with treating various conditions as part of an interdisciplinary team and proficiency in using technology for administrative and clinical support are essential. The role requires the ability to work remotely from a secure, private location with a smartphone, laptop, and internet connection, and candidates must pass a background check. Bilingual skills and experience with children are considered a plus.
The Resident - ASW will deliver high-quality care to participants, helping them achieve their goals for improved well-being. Key responsibilities include completing 30 direct counseling sessions per week, concurrent note-taking during sessions, and developing treatment plans. They will participate in treatment team meetings, attend weekly clinical supervision, and advocate for participants' clinical needs. The role involves liaising with customer success, bringing successful clinical models and techniques, and supporting the development of communication and marketing materials. Additionally, they will serve as the first point of contact for participant escalations, report to the operations team for unresolved concerns, and stay updated on new developments in clinical care.
