Requirements

Responsibilities

This role involves executing assigned tasks independently using standard operating procedures, conducting outreach to therapists via chat and phone to support engagement and performance, and logging and tracking workflow completion through standardized data entry. The assistant will communicate with therapists and doctors' offices to support care coordination, escalate feedback from patients and therapists to improve workflows and service quality, and use basic Excel or Google Sheets for operational tasks.
