As the Clinical Success Director, you will evaluate new product offerings, provide subject matter expertise to product teams, build and maintain relationships with customers including onboarding users and gathering feedback, design and recruit a council of nurse advisors, develop use case-specific surveys and success metrics, evangelize product capabilities to prospective customers through demonstrations and training, and contribute to improving the cognitive burden associated with clinical documentation.
