Demonstrated understanding of the function and purpose of pacing products to operate as a technical support expert with experience in pacing, clinical or medical device industry setting
Required to travel up to 25%
Valid driver’s license required
Strong clinical experience in cardiac pacing devices

Responsibilities

Partnering with sales colleagues to develop and execute account sales strategies for the business unit
Providing the best possible outcomes and service for Medtronic customers by supporting field teams with technical in-services and presentations to customers
Conducting on-site education and/or consulting
Assisting Territory Managers in providing after-hours on-call support
Supporting sales & marketing programs with specific complimentary activities as provided by the Marketing team
Participating in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness
Working closely with Clinical Lead, Clinical Management and Regional Sales team to provide customer case and sales support
Gathering market intelligence on customer and competitor activity and communicating to Territory Managers and Divisional Staff
Identifying and facilitating execution on growth opportunities with Sales and Clinical Support Team
Monitoring field inventory effectively and ensuring appropriate levels relative to demand in locations
Supporting clinical study activities in conjunction with Territory Manager and the Clinical Research team
