Proven experience in clinical trial operations, investigator engagement, and site partnerships
Strategic and field-based leadership with ability to develop enrollment strategies and optimize trial delivery
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (e.g., with CRLs, MSLs, Medical, Clinical Development, Study Delivery) and vendor engagement
Experience managing networks/Strategic Network Partners and maintaining relationships with investigators and network leadership
Ability to lead risk planning, enrollment management, data delivery, and issue escalation
Ability to work with external partners (CROs, monitoring teams) and ensure alignment
Experience tracking and applying performance metrics (KPIs) related to enrollment, site performance, and partner engagement
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills; ability to influence at the portfolio level
Alignment with therapeutic areas and protocol understanding; ability to optimize feasibility and study conduct

Responsibilities

Manage investigator engagement across Strategic Network Partners from identification through enrollment support, database lock, and study closeout
Serve as the primary operational contact for designated Strategic Network Partners across the portfolio
Develop and sustain strategic, high-trust relationships with network-affiliated investigators and network leadership
Co-create tailored recruitment strategies aligned with network capabilities, patient populations, and study objectives
Lead network-level strategy and risk planning to ensure strong and predictable enrollment and data delivery
Manage planning, tracking, and delivery of partnership activities, ensuring alignment with timelines and goals
Monitor and support network-level operational performance; escalate issues or risks as appropriate
Collaborate cross-functionally to align on trial and network priorities, troubleshooting challenges with urgency
Act as liaison between field teams, vendors, and Strategic Network Partners, ensuring alignment and knowledge transfer
Elevate the investigator and site experience across the network to improve enrollment outcomes and long-term relationships
Support integration of Strategic Network Partners into portfolio planning, operational reviews, and leadership updates
Align with external operational partners (e.g., CROs, monitoring teams) on site interface activities
Capture and elevate critical insights from network sites to optimize feasibility, protocol design, and study conduct at scale
Collaborate with internal functions and vendor partners to resolve operational barriers, ensuring speed and quality delivery
Provide oversight and quality assurance for vendor monitoring activities across the network; escalate risks proactively
Track operational KPIs related to partner engagement (activation timelines, enrollment performance, site satisfaction) and use metrics to drive performance improvements
