Requirements

Candidates should possess an MSc or MPH in Life Sciences or a related discipline, or a BSc with at least 5 years of experience in oncology and biomarker-based trials. A minimum of 2 years of project management experience is required, including organizing timelines and next steps with diverse teams of senior scientists and clinicians. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, organizational abilities, and adaptability to changing priorities are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Research Associate will remotely manage data acquisition processes for external collaborations, acting as a liaison to build relationships and accelerate progress. Responsibilities include managing collaborative processes, escalating blocking issues internally, and working with contracting specialists to unblock agreements. CRAs will maintain close contact with investigators to ensure project status awareness and may bridge multidisciplinary teams internally and externally. They will also oversee internal project resource management, including documentation, organization, and progress tracking, as well as overall data intake.
