The role is based in Hoffman Estates, IL, requiring candidates to reside within 45 minutes of the office. You must work in the office during the probationary period, then transition to a hybrid model with 50% in office and 50% remote, including a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions.
Candidates must be provisionally licensed in Illinois pursuing LCPC licensure, graduates of an approved 60-credit hour program, approved by the board as LPC or CPCT, with graduate or post-graduate experience treating depression and anxiety. Preferred experience includes independently conducting intakes and diagnosing per DSM-5 under supervision.
