Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory)
  • Polish language proficiency (mandatory)
  • Croatian, Czech, Hungarian, or other regional languages (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare, life sciences, medical technology, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling product presentations
  • Extensive experience providing on-site clinical support during live procedures
  • Proven capability in building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KoLs) and distributor partners
  • Strong track record of collaborating with sales teams
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region (onsite in Poland with travel in Poland and potentially Eastern Europe)

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with healthcare professionals, clinical teams, patients, and distributor partners to implement therapies
  • Provide on-site clinical support during live procedures
  • Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals
  • Deliver impactful product presentations
  • Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders and distributor partners to drive market adoption and support business growth
  • Travel frequently within Poland and potentially to other Eastern European countries to engage with stakeholders, assist in hospital visits, and contribute to strategic initiatives
