Requirements

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory)
Polish language proficiency (mandatory)
Croatian, Czech, Hungarian, or other regional languages (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare, life sciences, medical technology, or a related discipline
Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling product presentations
Extensive experience providing on-site clinical support during live procedures
Proven capability in building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KoLs) and distributor partners
Strong track record of collaborating with sales teams
Willingness to travel frequently within the region (onsite in Poland with travel in Poland and potentially Eastern Europe)

Responsibilities

Work closely with healthcare professionals, clinical teams, patients, and distributor partners to implement therapies
Provide on-site clinical support during live procedures
Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals
Deliver impactful product presentations
Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders and distributor partners to drive market adoption and support business growth
Travel frequently within Poland and potentially to other Eastern European countries to engage with stakeholders, assist in hospital visits, and contribute to strategic initiatives
