Responsibilities

  • Implement and train Medtronic’s Endoscopy Solutions customers and potential customers on clinical indications and applications of products including Bravo pH Monitoring System, ManoScan Manometry and pH-Impedance systems, SmartPill System, and other products
  • Serve as clinical product expert to develop customer depth in product and clinical understanding across full product portfolio
  • Perform product demonstrations to physicians and nurses on procedures related to Medtronic Endoscopy Solutions offerings
  • Handle product installations
  • Continuously develop depth of knowledge on Medtronic Endoscopy Solutions offerings to serve as clinical expert and convey information effectively to support optimal utilization
  • Provide product demonstration and clinical education to targeted accounts through 1:1 and group interactions to increase understanding and proficiency
  • Lead post-sales activities including implementation, product education, in-servicing, and ongoing support
  • Demonstrate solid understanding of clinical application of all products and apply knowledge to troubleshoot and problem solve
  • Manage regional accounts to drive utilization of reflux and manometry products
  • Support regional sales strategy by working with sales team to achieve business plans and drive product utilization
  • Support regional sales team in lead generation and pre-sale clinical evaluations and demonstrations
  • Work with inside sales to bring awareness and sell service contracts/plans to new and existing customers
  • Conduct/support local, regional, and national educational courses for physicians, nurses, and medical personnel
  • Provide support to key decision makers and clinicians throughout the region
  • Support PACE department by conducting educational courses at national and regional levels for physicians, GI fellows, and nurses; provide feedback to improve course content
  • Collaborate and share best practices and insights with other Clinical Product Specialists to maximize team effectiveness and efficiency
  • Support Marketing and Sales by communicating customer feedback, field product performance, and competitive intelligence
  • Support Commercial Excellence Department by participating in and conducting product training for sales force and new Account Managers
