Requirements

  • Reside within the New England territory (Rhode Island to Maine), ideally based in Boston
  • Valid driver's license
  • Expert-level knowledge of Medtronic Pulse Oximetry & Capnography Products (acquire and maintain)
  • Ability to perform advanced clinical technology presentations and articulate scientific discussions around the Medtronic ACM portfolio
  • Ability to handle multiple complex tasks, prioritize, organize, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for success in a matrixed sales structure
  • Willingness to travel 60-70%

Responsibilities

  • Enhance the clinical selling process by providing expert-level knowledge of Medtronic pulse oximetry, capnography, multi-parameter wearable for continuous vital sign monitoring, and remote monitoring portfolio
  • Provide regional clinical sales support, including high-level presentations, clinical engagements, and attending hospital department and divisional meetings
  • Drive hospital adoption, conversions of Acute Care & Monitoring technologies, and market share gains by working closely with regional and IDN sales teams, market development, and sales leaders
  • Conduct pre- and post-sale technology presentations and consultations; foster elements, processes, and build champions in key accounts for successful product adoption and customer satisfaction/loyalty
  • Develop and deliver educational forums to regional teams, collecting input and building clinical acumen
  • Collaboratively manage key accounts with Account Executives, building and maintaining clinical champion relationships
  • Align with product marketing teams to support collateral material and programs for existing portfolio and new product launches
  • Attend regional, zone, and national meetings in support of corporate initiatives, working with ACM marketing and sales training
  • Execute on New Product Launches focused on areas of responsibility
  • Elevate Account Executive team clinical acumen on Medtronic ACM Products and Technology
  • Provide consultation and participation with local regional sales teams in the evaluation of new and existing products
  • Conduct demonstrations (side-by-side) and evaluations for Nellcor, Microstream, and wearable continuous monitoring technologies
  • Function as a supporting contributor in the HealthCast portfolio initiatives as directed
  • Create and maintain a SFDC database of key account information, including Pipeline, account profiles, opportunities, and pertinent information
  • Perform special projects as requested
