This role is for a Clinical Operations Manager who will be responsible for driving provider quality at Rula by owning and optimizing key quality management processes across their network. The position involves owning specific programs within provider quality, identifying improvement opportunities, launching cross-functional initiatives quarterly, and influencing stakeholders to align on priorities. Example areas of ownership include provider quality reviews, the provider-driven cancellations workstream, and note quality improvement.
