This role is for a Clinical Operations Manager who will be responsible for driving provider quality at Rula by owning and optimizing key quality management processes across their network. The position involves owning specific programs within provider quality, identifying improvement opportunities, launching cross-functional initiatives quarterly, and influencing stakeholders to align on priorities. Example areas of ownership include provider quality reviews, the provider-driven cancellations workstream, and note quality improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy and operations-based roles (e.g., Business Operations, Product Operations, Consulting).
  • Expert-level proficiency with Excel/GSheets.
  • Advanced proficiency leveraging SQL for data analysis.
  • Skillfulness in applying structure and attention to detail to prioritize project needs and drive continuous improvements.
  • Experience building trust and collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Experience in consulting, banking, or other analytical sectors/industries.
  • Expertise using Looker and Salesforce.
  • Experience working with provider populations/clinicians and leading critical initiatives to improve outcomes. (Note: Having all preferred qualifications is not mandatory; all interested applicants are encouraged to apply.)
