Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or a High School qualification with relevant years of experience, and experience in a clinical setting or within the medical device industry. They must be willing to travel (insert required % of travel requirements) and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Specialist will plan, organize, conduct, and evaluate educational programs for identified stakeholders including Anaesthetists, Intensivists, Nurses, Biomedical engineers, Surgeons, and Registrars. They will deliver regular in-services and presentations to customers regarding the products and their clinical applications, support field personnel, and partner with clinical and sales teams to promote customer case and sales support. Additionally, they will participate in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness, identify and facilitate execution on growth opportunities, maintain awareness of marketplace development needs, and support with developing workshops and delivering technical product and therapy education to employees and customers, including new hire training and support and recertification.
