Requirements

Current California licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD
Two years’ experience or training in a mental health setting
One year of experience or training in program development for persons with severe and persistent mental disabilities
Qualifying Supervision for BBS Associates

Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate the rehabilitation program
Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and timely completion of respective reporting requirements
Provide in-service training as needed
Supervise program staff
Develop and implement treatment plans for clients
Ensure clients receive the full spectrum of mental health services during their length of stay and treatment based on objectives as identified in their treatment plan
Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive care to clients
