Candidates should have 1-2 years of client-focused work experience, experience in meeting and exceeding metrics, KPIs, or sales quotas/targets is preferred, a passion for learning design, ideally with a background in teaching/coaching/training, strong organizational skills, and competence with computers.
The Client Training Specialist will manage each new professor’s customized onboarding journey, ensuring they are ready to adopt the Top Hat platform for their upcoming class, share best practices on how to format lectures and homework, and effectively teach using the platform, proactively prepare professors for the beginning of the semester, manage the full onboarding pipeline from contract to full utilization, work on renewing first-time customers by maintaining strong relationships and demonstrating the platform’s value, assist professors in increasing their maturity with the platform, and provide direct feedback to customers to ensure every interaction provides value.
Provides educational tools and resources

Its main products include Top Hat Pages, which allows educators to personalize content easily, and interactive response tools that engage students during lessons. Additionally, Top Hat offers a collection of fully editable textbooks, giving educators the flexibility to tailor their teaching materials.
