Requirements

  • Primary residence within a 90-mile radius of approved branch sites (Millburn, Paramus, Princeton, Wayne, Morristown, Shrewsbury, Bridgewater) at time of application
  • Series 7 license required
  • Series 63 license preferred (paid training & support provided)
  • 2-3 years of previous experience working in the financial services industry
  • Strong technological savvy and comfort with learning new tools
  • Broad-based knowledge and understanding of general financial planning concepts
  • Proven customer service, client support, and problem resolution skills
  • Ability to effectively influence others and use consultative skills to enrich the customer experience

Responsibilities

  • Enhance relationships with high-net-worth clients (assets of $250,000 to $1 million) with complex service and investment needs
  • Increase customer loyalty and drive business development opportunities
  • Engage with customers via inbound calls, responding to inquiries, and providing product and service level guidance
  • Process customer requests including options, equities, mutual funds, fixed income trades, and other specialized monetary requests
  • Occasional in-person participation with peers
