The Client Support Representative will live chat with clients in real time, answer incoming calls to resolve client questions and return voicemails, and email clients with frequent updates. They will also report technical issues to the product team, support and assist teammates, and command software such as Salesforce, building websites, leading customers through software training, and communicating complex technology to clients with expertise ranging from novice to advanced.
