You will report to the Client Organization and collaborate closely with our Client Executive on the Experian Health Sales team to drive product expansion. You will also partner with the Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with our customers. Additionally, you will work with the Support and Optimization teams to ensure the best possible client experience.

Your role will involve a deep understanding of Experian Health product capabilities, providing consultative guidance and support to clients throughout their entire lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities and Opportunities:

  • Quickly acclimate to and understand client implementations to facilitate updates, additions, and fixes to client setups.
  • Partner with Customer Support, Optimization, Product, and Development teams to assist clients in navigating tickets and enhancement requests with minimal delay.
  • Evaluate customer utilization of Claimsource, Denial Manager, Enhanced Claim Status, and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) products to recommend best practices, configurations, and solutions that enhance the customer experience.
  • Develop expertise in the Claimsource, Denial Manager, Enhanced Claim Status, and Electronic Remittance Advice product suite.
  • Collaborate with the Relationship Manager on Quarterly Business Reviews, showcasing client successes and Return on Investment (ROI) for Claimsource, Denial Manager, Enhanced Claim Status, and Electronic Remittance Advice.
  • Maintain an extensive comprehension of the Statement of Work (SOW) to guide clients effectively as they transition from implementation into the post-go-live phase.

Qualifications

  • Required:
    • 5+ years of experience in the healthcare IT industry and healthcare revenue cycle.
    • 3+ years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Account Management experience, including familiarity with claim systems and ERA (Electronic Remittance Advice).
    • 2+ years of experience with Claimsource, Denial Manager, Enhanced Claim Status, and Electronic Remittance Advice.
    • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
    • Bachelor's degree.
  • Travel: Occasional travel (20%-25%) to client sites is required.
