Candidates should have 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally in a healthcare or administrative setting, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. They should possess strong organizational and prioritization skills, be comfortable navigating EMRs and working with data, and demonstrate tech-savviness and a willingness to learn new systems. Experience with ECW, Athena, or similar systems is a plus, as is prior MA experience.
As a Client Success Associate, the individual will support clients across a range of issues including onboarding, issue management, retention, technical solutioning, and satisfaction. They will gather client and product feedback, identify opportunities for process improvements, collaborate with internal teams, help identify and escalate issues, maintain accurate records, and establish relationships as a trusted partner to both internal and external stakeholders to ensure clients realize the value of Heartbeat’s offerings.
