The Client Services Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding promptly to client requests and anticipating unstated needs, analyzing customer problems and providing timely solutions, communicating with customers via phone or email to identify potential fraud, thoroughly accounting for client information during onboarding, working efficiently both independently and as part of a team while documenting request outcomes, developing and maintaining positive customer relations, coordinating with other departments to ensure appropriate handling of customer inquiries, utilizing resource materials to interpret and resolve customer issues, and employing strong interpersonal skills to handle communications professionally.
