Requirements

  • Utah-based and able to work hybrid (in-office at least three days a week, including in-office training for approx. 2 weeks)
  • Dedicated at-home workspace free from distraction with high-speed, reliable internet when working remotely
  • 1-2 years of relevant customer service or technical troubleshooting experience
  • Strong ability to deliver exceptional customer care, take initiative, and exceed client expectations
  • Excellent interpersonal communication with clients and co-workers
  • Experience talking with customers over the phone, demonstrating passion for customer care and high client satisfaction
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to break down complex problems and explain them clearly and simply
  • Articulate and concise in written (type 40+ words per minute) and oral English communication
  • Strong resiliency, ability to work through difficult situations, and thrive in a metric-oriented environment while achieving goals
  • Curious about AI's potential, eager to learn and adapt to intelligent tools
  • Available to work 9 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday (no nights or weekends)
  • Pass background and credit check

Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class customer service via phone, email, and chat (4 hours phone and 4 hours chat daily after training; at least 6 hours phone during training)
  • Uphold and contribute to the brand of setting people free to do great work
  • Develop understanding of BambooHR products to quickly navigate and resolve client issues
  • Guide clients in performance management, time-tracking, onboarding, and applicant-tracking systems
  • Think on your feet to address complex questions with creative solutions
  • Work proactively and independently while thriving in a team-based environment
  • Stay up to date on new features and products to maximize client value
  • Engage in upselling and customer retention activities using BambooHR strategies
  • Assist clients with hiring, performance management, and compliance
