Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant, direct RIA industry work experience
  • Ability to come into the office on a regular weekly basis (hybrid work schedules are available, however this position is not remote)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Qualities: organization, flexibility, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once

Responsibilities

  • Assist Advisors and Partner in daily operations and develop a comprehensive understanding of team processes and procedures
  • Assist Advisors and Partner with client review preparation
  • Research unique and complex situations as they arise
  • Establish a rapport with clients as a trusted liaison between the client and their Advisor
  • Implement Advisor investment recommendations via trading through Financial Custodial Systems
  • Coordinate account transfers and confirm cost basis information for incoming assets
  • Populate and maintain systems data and client files
  • Verify client account cash balances, generate, and review monthly available cash report
  • Manage and prioritize daily workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Work directly with third-party Custodians and Advisors to meet critical deadlines and industry cut-off times
  • Contribute to an environment of open, honest, and timely communication
  • Understand and reinforce our ‘Why’ in all your actions
