Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous internship experience
  • High-level fluency in Japanese and English
  • Able to work at least 3 days a week in the office (flexible for it to be full days or half days) and ideally a minimum of 24 hours each week

Responsibilities

  • Communication with experts globally using Japanese and English
  • Recruit ahead of the curve if you know a client has continued interest in an area or a particular topic is “hot”/popular
  • Conduct industry research across multiple sectors based on project needs in the team
  • Data entry and updating of the CRM database
  • Assist in onboarding administration and compliance of top industry subject matter experts into the Guidepoint network
  • Assist the team and Project Managers with other administration and / or operational tasks
  • Coordination of phone consultation sessions for subject matter experts
  • Assist the Client Service team with their outreach strategy to approach relevant subject matter experts
  • Operate with a teamwork mentality that leads to building and maintaining strong relationships with other Guidepoint colleagues
