Requirements

Candidates must possess healthcare revenue cycle experience, familiarity with Experian Health products and services, 4 years' experience as a Relationship Manager within healthcare IT or revenue cycle management, and manage multiple provider accounts. A provider-based background in Practice Management Systems (PAS) and Patient Financial Systems (PFS) is preferred, or vendor background in Healthcare Revenue Cycle. Furthermore, 4+ years' expertise in Salesforce.com or a similar CRM, and 4+ years' experience with Healthcare Revenue Cycle, Registration, and backend billing are required.

Responsibilities

The Client Relationship Manager will maintain relationships with clients at an operational level, connecting regularly to assist with issue resolution, goals, initiatives, and deliver product enhancements. They will facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews with Sales, documenting action items and go-forward strategies. The role involves facilitating proactive use of the client Community, driving client adoption for support cases and knowledge sharing. Additionally, the manager will facilitate on-site client workshops to review workflows and provide recommendations for improvement, requiring approximately 35%+ travel to the Southeastern United States.
